Budget BR aggro deck

I need a budget aggro deck, built from what I have in my collection and other "regular prized" cards, so I stumbled upon this. The cards are easy to get. The deck itself it might not be very competitive on tournament play, but it's fun in casual MTG.

Worldwake visual spoiler: Jace, the Mind Sculptor

Yeah, Worldwake is the new set in the Zendikar block. It's scheduled to be released February 5, 2010 and it will contain 145 cards.

The only known Plainswalker for now is Jace, the Mind Sculptor. This card have four abilities and my guess is that it will be the most valuable card in the set.

[+2]: Look at the top card of target player's library. You may put that card on the bottom of that player's library.
[0]: Draw three cards, then put two cards from your hand on top of your library in any order.
[-1]: Return target creature to its owner's hand.
[-12]: Exile all cards from target player's library, then that player shuffles his or her hand into his or her library.

Auntie's back

Happy New Year!

How's been everybody? Auntie's blog is back with a fresh start. My precious Goblin tribe from Lorwyn is long gone now and it's time for new challenges.

I've been out of MTG for couple of months, and so was Auntie's Hovel. I visited the local MTG store today to check what's new and I'm planning a new deck. Probably zombies or Zendikar vampires. I have no intentions of beating a Jund deck, I want to play more casual this time and less tournament play. This year's Worlds looks tasty, but I'm not sure I'm gonna participate the Nationals. Too much Jund decks, raw play and less money for me to spend on cards.

So, that's it. I'll try to push this 'fresh start' this year and be more active with the blog. Probably re-design is a good idea.
